Spanish term

Persona jurídica otorgante

Company executing/signing the deed

It seems "otorgante" may refer to the act of signing or executing the deed.
Example sentence:

Alternatively, the document can be executed by the signature of a person who, in accordance with the laws of the company´s country of incorporation, is acting under the authority of the company.

Peer comment(s):

agree Collin Stewart : Or "company executing this notarial instrument," since the term "deed" is used more often in the context of property.
