renting out gold and silver
So...you want to learn about renting out Gold and Silver?
You might ask yourself...how is this possible? Well here is a little insight. The stock exchanges offer a product known as a call option. You can buy a call option or sell a call option. Selling a call option on something you own is known as a "covered call option" and selling this, is like renting out a home with the "option" to buy it.
Now you are probably saying...this sounds complicated, it sounds like you need a fair amount of expertise to effect this call option...and you are correct, it does. This is why you need Goldeneye Investment Strategies, LLC
Writing a covered call option is like renting out a home with the option to buy. The way these leases work, tenants agree to pay a certain amount of rent each month to a homeowner for a certain period of time. At the end of that time period, the renter then has the option to buy the home from the property owner...at a predetermined price and is credited a portion of his rent money toward the purchase price. IF the renter chooses not to exercise the option to buy the property...all the monies received by the landlord are kept, and the landlord still owns the property. Now that landlord, who still owns the property is free to rent it out, with another purchase option, to another tenant.
When you write a covered call option, you're basically doing the same thing.
As the "landlord" in this case, you already own what you're "renting out." The buyer of the option would pay you a premium (or the rent) for the right to become the new owner of your investment (gold or silver) if that investment rises above a certain price (strike price) by a specified date (expiration date).
The concept is really that simple. However, why not have the benefit of someone who has experience with Gold and Silver, and the trading of various options on the metals. Goldeneye Investment Strategies, LLC will execute on your behalf, buys of either gold or silver through exchange traded funds that track the price movements of the precious metals, and then execute an option strategy. - http://www.goldeneyeinvestmentstrategies.com/default.taf?pag...
