In reply to Matthew, I would suggest that the first priority is the target audience -
I appreciate it would be left in French in Quebec, but elsewhere there is an argument for translating the general content in a name to make it more understandable to non-French speakers.

The Commission scolaire des Premières-Seigneuries

In Québec we absolutely leave this in French. Generally, names of government bodies (including at the municipal or regional level) aren't anglicized in Québec (although it's always wise to check). I attached some online instances from government websites:

Looking above at Sue Davis' answer, I consulted with my friend who works for the (Canadian) Federal Translation Bureau and was told that there is not a hard and fast rule. So it is up to you to decide whether or not you think your audience will be confused if you don't translate Commission scolaire. But if it's for a Québec audience, and especially if it's on a government site, my recommendation is still to leave it in French.
Example sentence:

Special thanks in particular to the Commission scolaire des Premières-Seigneuries, toCFP Fierbourg, CFP Samuel-De Champlain, CFP en Transport as well as Collège de Champigny for human resources and materials made available from the Ministry.
