English to Spanish Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Lease agreement

Hola a todos,

Estoy traduciendo un contrato de alquiler y no estoy segura de cómo traducir el término "income related rent tenancy", en frases como la siguiente:

"The landlord of an income related rent tenancy must explain in the space below how they intend to comply with insulation requirements"

Más adelante especifica:

"By signing below I confirm the above statement is true and correct. I understand that income-related rent tenancies (those provided by social housing and community housing providers) must meet insulation requirements unless exempt"

Por lo tanto interpreto que se trata de viviendas sociales, en las que el alquiler depende de los ingresos de sus inquilinos.

Mi intento es "arrendamientos basados en ingresos" pero no me convence, ¿alguna otra idea?
