The entire phrase reads "Que a folios XX del tomo XX del del libro de Nacimientos que esta institución llevó del año XX, se encuentra asentada la que literalmente dice..." I am having difficulty with the words "institución" and "llevó" here. Any thoughts?

I believe "llevar" simply means "to have a record of" here when referring to documents registered
