complete pathomorphological response (pCR) The problem is not with the word "therapeutic". Chemo- and radiation are the therapies, not just drug (chemo) therapy.

It may help in the description, in this case, 90% or more tumor size reduction. The same article gives the key word: complete pathomorphological response (pCR)

As you can see from this paper, there is still no consensus of grading response to treatment. This term, pCR, is used in other literature, however.

I suggest, you use it in your translation and be descriptive with regard to the grading ("ступени")

What's curious about this term is that Google search yields all Russian/Ukrainian sources, at least on the first page. How does one translate the meaning of this? Pathology of pathology? I like that.
