Spanish to English Law/Patents Law (general) Request for legal assistance
Here's the full sentence:

This is taken from the 'antecedentes del hecho' section of the text.

I am thinking it is something along the lines of 'This Court hears the summary proceedings xxx/xxxx for the alleged offence of...'

In this Trial ummary proceedings are held under number....

If it is a criminal trial you could say summary criminal proceedings.

That should say "summary".

A Summary Trial is being/will be held in this Court under xxx number.

A Summary Trial is being/will be held in this Court under xx/xx number.

You may also choose to apply the explicitation technique:
After having entered the defendant’s agreement [conformidad del acusado/imputado], a Summary Trial is being/will be held in this Court under xx/xx number.

While it is not a “plea agreement,” entering “defendant’s agreement” implies the defendant will benefit someway (reduced sentence).

[benefit someway] ... by opting for a summary trial.

This Court is hearing expedited criminal proceedings under (case) number XXX

I am offering this additional option since the “procedimiento (or) proceso abreviado” isn’t really a summary proceeding (can take quite a few months to come to trial) and “summary” may have to be reserved for other proceedings.

Just for info, these are the principal Spanish criminal proceedings with possible translations:
