I have this term in the IFU (eg, Life-threatening hypoxemia due to unilateral lung disease) that I translate and also see a lot of instances online, however, there's no ICD code for it... What is its official name?

I think that the reason you can't find an ICD code for "unilateral lung disease" may be because it is not a specific disease. I think that it simply means that the disease (whatever disease it is), only affects one lung.

Note from asker:
Thanks, found this one, too... |
In relation to my sentence 'Life-threatening hypoxemia due to unilateral lung disease' researching 'hypoxemia' will not make much sense. |
