Thank you, Hannah and Dylan. For some reason I thought of veins only in connection with thromboembolism in the legs. Hannah, why don't you put it as an entry. This way it would be searchable in the future. So the comma should be a period (a pdf file...) and it all means: Signs of arterial thromboembolism. Thanks again, you are brilliant.

@Dylan yes, the A was bugging me for a long time since I could only see an English word to the Czech rest of the abbr. , so I started to look for Czech transcriptions, see link one. What else is new, right. :)

I think the word arteriální, although in a medical dictionary and a cz=english medical dictionary, is really not that much in use yet.
