So that the sentence doesn't become too unwieldy, I would shorten the other two components to 1) emotions, and 2) behavior. The other bits (after the hyphens) are just decoration, in my opinion, and they seem to work better as nouns than as a string of adjectives.

Если российские авторы раз за разом переводят 'мотивационно-ценностный' как 'value-motivational', и переводы их научных работ публикуются в солидных научных изданиях, размещаемых на уважаемых британских и американских сайтах на всеобщее обозрение, то, наверное, всё всех устраивает. К тому же, так пишут и западные авторы. И, конечно же, если Вы хотите изменить эту парадигму, это Ваше право. Если не нравится через дефис, можно написать по-западному - через 'косую' (slash) или вообще без всякого знака препинания. А "выдержки из публикаций, написанных зарубежными психологами на подобные темы" легко находятся с помощью Advanced Google-Search.
