Spanish to English Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s) Due diligence survey - name of service provider

Hello fellow linguists,
I am a bit stuck on the above phrase and how best to translate it. ECA is a company which does audits, inspections and due diligence of products, infrastructures and management systems. Their name is featured at the bottom of a release letter. I am simply struggling to come up with a non-clunky sounding way to translate the full name of the company.
My attempts:
Collaborative Administrative Entity Ltd.
Collaborative Management Entity Ltd.
Partner Administrative Entity Ltd.
Collaborating Entity for Administration Ltd.

Could someone tell me if I am along the right lines. Perhaps the company name should not in fact be translated at all?

Nathalie Wilson (asker) Jun 19, 2017: Thank you all for your suggestions. I think the McDonald's example and many of your arguments for the company name being non-translatable are valid. As no one added it as an answer however and only as a discussion point, I won't be able to select this solution as 'the most helpful answer'. AllegroTrans Jun 14, 2017: NOT Ltd. Ltd. (Limited) is a specific company form in GB and other EN-speaking countries. You should not try to equate it to S.L., even if there are similarities.

I vote for Collaborative Management Entity Ltd. in parentheses after the name in original language (in official translations we shall translate, same as in Russia). Do you have any restrictions/instructions in the UK? Depending on the purpose of use, you can explain in parentheses to your client. At least...)
