Vi publicaciones previas, pero estaban orientados a traducciones para presentarse en EEUU. Por eso es que no me parecían adecuadas algunas de las traducciones suministradas, ya que la nota va a presentarse en Sudáfrica.
Como va a ser presentada en Sudáfrica, pensaba en National Civil Court of the First Instance

: (a) the Court is not in S. Africa (b) the Court does not have magistrates (c) you should not try to "localise" the names of courts etc. in this way, the two systems being totally different

: I believe that a translation specific for SA is fine. The only thing to see is if the Argentine court exceeded the monetary limit of the SA court, then it would not be good to call it a Magistrate’s Court. But I agree w/ your ref, it may be useful.
