susidorojimas realiai irgi nereiškia, kad galvą nukirto :) Tai reiškia, kad arba ant darbuotojo "užsisėdo" ir karia visus šunis, arba išėdė iš darbo. Bet kokiu atveju elgiamasi nesąžiningai, o tokia formuluotė anglų kalboje idiomatiška.
