je pense que en droit français on garde le terme trustee - C'est ce qu e j'ai gardé en mémoire de mes cours de droit comparé car structure anglo-saxonne

: Vous avez tout à fait raison. Il s'agit d'un instrument juridique propre au système anglo-saxon, sans "transposition" possible dans le droit romano-germanique.
