Salve, sto traducendo un articolo relativo ai costi di costruzione di un edificio dall'olandese all'italiano. Magari la domanda può sembrare piuttosto sciocca, ma non riesco a capire se il termine "verbouwingskosten" si rifersica ai "costi di costruzione" o "costi di ristrutturazione" o ancora "costi di realizzazione", anche se di quest'ultimo sono meno convinta. Credo che l'articolo che sto traducendo al momento non sia troppo preciso a riguardo e resta sempre un po' sul vago. Qui di sotto alcuni esempi
