I need this Arabic female first name written with FULL/ALL diacritics and its closest transliteration/pronunciation.
I have this so far رقيّة, but it's missing the diacritics and I need it complete.
Please, be sure to mark long vowels as long in the transliteration!
Regarding TA MARBUTAH, now I know that the -H at the end should be pronounced, when speaking properly. But I still have a doubt about whether TA MARBUTAH at the end of a name stands for -AH or just -H. The reason, I'm asking this, is because it's always preceded by a vowel or maybe always be the FATHAH vowel only, so there's an A already. So would that mean A+AH or A+H? So does the TA MARBUTAH include an A in itself or just an H?
Explanations in English, please, except for Arabic script examples!

رُقَيَّة
It is pronounced as [ruqayyah]. It ends in Taa' Marboutah but pronounced as Haa' when we pause (if in sentence) or state it only as one word.

The (a) before (h) refers to (Fathah) put on the letter (Yaa'). The (h) refers to the sound (h) as in (ALLAH). I hope you understand my comment.
