Then tell the participants that they should review the ideas which they have come up with and that they are going to vote for which ones they think are the most important in providing motivation. Tell the group that they each have 3 votes (or 5 or any number that you decide on).
Go through each of the motivating ideas and take the votes for each one.
Then number each idea according to the number of votes each receives (most votes is number 1, etc).Then move each A4 paper and tape them in order of which to a piece of Flip Chart paper.
