Spanish term

ts1

Spanish to English Medical Medical (general)
In a medical report (source country not specified):

DIAGNOSTICOS
I) Endocarditis bacteriana (SAMS)
ts1) Embolias septicas cerebrales con transformacion hemorragica
ts1a) Abscesos cerebrales
ts1b) Reemplazo valvular mitral biologico
II) Fallo multiorganico
ts1) infeccioso
ts1a) neumonia asociada a ventilacion mecanica
ts1b) embolias septicas esplenicas a descartar

What might "ts1" "ts1a" "ts1b" stand for? Although the formatting doesn't indicate it, I presume they are subsets of the primary diagnoses.

Thank you for your input. That seems like a good possibility, but as I couldn't find any evidence for that use, I just put a note to the client that it was unclear. I appreciate your assistance!

Secondary Conditions From what I can infer, it could be "trastorno secundario", which would be like a secondary condition. It seems to fit according to the context, but I'm not sure.
