Hi all,
Can anyone confirm if "T" = T-cell here? It seems pretty low. The patient is 83 years old, ex-smoker, ex-heavy drinker, with hypertension and dyslipidaemia plus various CV/heart problems.
"Fe 35, ferritina 155, ***** T 262 ******, CFT 333....."
Thanks for any help.

Transferrins are iron-binding blood plasma glycoproteins that control the level of free iron (Fe) in biological fluids.[5] Human transferrin is encoded by the TF gene.

Hopefully someone will be able to confirm that I'm right.

RESULTS—Higher concentrations of both ferritin and transferrin were associated with the International Diabetes Federation (IDF) and the National Cholesterol Education Program Expert Panel on Detection, Evaluation, and Treatment of High Blood Cholesterol in Adults Adult Treatment Panel III original and revised definitions of the metabolic syndrome at baseline:

I agree it probably refers to the patient's Transferin level'.
