Swedish term

(be)slammad

Swedish to English Tech/Engineering Engineering (general)
Hello

The subject is now "high pressure sodium lights" and they are

"slammad elliptisk"

or

"Ellipsoidform, beslammad"

as there seems to be some variation in the Swedish too.

My guess is that the Swedish is based on the English verb "to slam" and
that the shape is "slammed flat".

Or is it something completely different?

Thanks in advance

@Deane and all Thanks
But as you say, there is no definition and I can't see how to decide between my idea and yours.
Both hits show elliptical bulbs which make me think that I may be right. But I NEVER dismiss a suggestion from you lightly so maybe a Swede can help as they have an ear for their language.
Can a Swedish translator give us an idea please?
