Of the many examples proposed by Linguee, I selected just this one, as it comes from a bilingual CA site.
All the examples I found seemed to be translations (direct calques!) on the EN term, I have not so far come across an equivalent native FR term. Note that several variations are found, including the rather more succinct 'représentant du Service clientèle'
On the other hand, I have not found any evidence for an equivalent abbreviation used in FR.
