English term

CSR

English to French Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general)
"For example, a customer that routinely requires several proofs to be delivered and collected may pay for the proofs, but rarely for the man- hours of sales staff or CSRs in delivery and collection."

Any idea what CSR might stand for? Thanks in advance.

Of the many examples proposed by Linguee, I selected just this one, as it comes from a bilingual CA site.

All the examples I found seemed to be translations (direct calques!) on the EN term, I have not so far come across an equivalent native FR term. Note that several variations are found, including the rather more succinct 'représentant du Service clientèle'

On the other hand, I have not found any evidence for an equivalent abbreviation used in FR.

I don't think it's anything specifically to do with printing!
Note from asker:
Thank you Tony. Yes it is actually part of a very large project in the printing industry (with a tight deadline, not to break the tradition) @writeaway : keep your cheap attempts at irony to yourself, thanks.
