"El agente consignatario actúa por cuenta de su cliente negociando, contratando y pagando los servicios de los prácticos, remolcadores, estibadores, tasas portuarias, llenado de combustible, atenciones a la tripulación del barco, aprovisionamientos..." So, basically, a lot of port services, but how can they be encompassed under one word?
"El agente consignatario actúa por cuenta de su cliente negociando, contratando y pagando los servicios de los prácticos, remolcadores, estibadores, tasas portuarias, llenado de combustible, atenciones a la tripulación del barco, aprovisionamientos..." So, basically, a lot of port services, but how can they be encompassed under one word?

: You haven't explained what this means, but from the context, it appears to mean "chartered by". In each of your examples, the tanker is chartered by an oil company. This question is about "consignar para".
