indoor sowing vs. outdoor sowing

Please excuse my previous suggestion! I did some research and came up with this from a seed company https://www.burpee.com/vegetables/broccoli/broccoli-de-cicco...
Sow indoors six weeks before transplanting outdoors. Certified Organic.
