English to Spanish Other Education / Pedagogy University (US)

Good evening,

I'm translating an academic record from the California State University and I don't know how to translate these terms as they can be easily misunderstood in the Spanish context.

In the document the term appears as follows: 'Program: Undergraduate Degree', that's why I don't know if it corresponds to "Plan de estudios" or "Programa educativo", as 'undergraduate degree' refers to "Título universitario".

The same happens with the term 'Plan', which is associated in the document to 'Major in Spanish' and 'Minor in Latin'. I don't if I should translate the term as "Grado" or "Carrera". I'm quite lost really.
