Hi bcsantos, thank you for your reply. I don´t think so, though. If you google "on eof the best..." there are several sentences with it.

I think it´s something like "without a doubt" or something like that, but I am not sure. Let´s see if someone can give some insight.

Looks like a spacing error. Should read 'is one of the best.'
