En la página de un hospital encontré lo siguiente:

Demanda espontánea. Estos consultorios favorecen la consulta sin turno previo, con el fin de realizar consultas por problemas de salud que requieren pronta atención. Los horarios varían según la especialidad.

Son consultorios que atienden sin turnos programados, lo entiendo, pero... ¿cómo sería en inglés?

agree Andrea Shah : Not clear what the target market is, but in the US, walk-in clinics seems to be increasingly common (ex. those offered by CVS/Walgreens/etc.)

There is no indication so far that it is not for the UK though. "Walk-in offices" is not particularly indicative of a healthcare facility either.
