“Mastercard Processed Transactions” means for any given Performance Period, the total number of Transactions generated by all of Customer’s Mastercard Cards issued in the Territory relating to (i) the purchase of goods and services and (ii) ATM withdrawals and cash advances to the extent such Transactions are going through authorisation switching, clearing and settlement using Mastercard Standard Processing Services, but specifically excluding Transactions attributable to Mastercard Cards for which Customer or another party receives, or has received, support under other existing or future agreements or arrangements with Mastercard or any of its Group Companies
