Risk of Serious Harm

Harm which is life threatening and / or traumatic and from which recovery, whether physical or psychological, can be expected to be difficult or impossible.

The Risk of Serious Harm assessment includes;
Any significant behaviour related to Risk of Serious Harm.
Other risks (risks to children, to self including self harm or suicide or coping in custody)
Where a Risk of Serious Harm is identified, a robust Risk Management Plan is developed.
