English term

Injured strain/injury protocol

English to French Science Biology (-tech,-chem,micro-) Microbiology of the food chain
Voici les différentes occurences de ce terme dans mon texte:

The samples tested for the linearity study was also used for the accuracy study as they were inoculated with *injured strains* (only one sample per category has been included in the trueness study).

The inoculated strains, the contamination protocols, the *injured protocols* (NDLT: je suppose que c'est une typo et qu'ils veulent dire "injury protocols") of the inoculated vegetative cells and the injury evaluation are provided in Appendix 3.

*Injury efficiency* was evaluated by enumerating the pure culture on selective and non-selective agars.

The observed *injury measurements* vary from 0.25 to more than 4.11 log CFU/ml difference.

Injury protocol

Injury measurement

Pour l'instant j'ai traduit par "souches lésées", "protocole de lésion", etc. Mais je voudrais savoir s'il existe un autre terme plus utilisé.

Merci, et bonne fin d'année :)
