A conflict of interest occurs when you have a direct or indirect personal interest in a situation that affects, or appears to affect, your judgement and that does, or could divide, your loyalties between two different interests.
To avoid conflicts of interest, no one who works for Syneos Health should have an interest, position, or relationship with any customer, supplier, or competitor if that interest, position, or relationship influences the performance of the employee’s duties for our company.
