Rata leasingowa (czynsz leasingowy) – określona w umowie leasingowej opłata, jaką korzystający ponosi na rzecz finansującego z tytułu użytkowania przedmiotu leasingu. Raty leasingowe mogą przybrać formę czynszu równomiernego (równe raty), degresywnego (malejące raty), progresywnego (raty rosnące), a także indywidualnie ustalonego, uwzględniającego np. sezonowość działalności leasingobiorcy.

Example: A long-term lease for office space might require monthly payments of $4000 for the first two years, $4500 during the third year and $5000 for the last two years.
