3.2.2 Spray medium nozzles (film)

The spray medium nozzle holder on the spray arm holds 5 nozzles type X - Onealong with their supply lines.

All nozzles can be opened or closed toghter by a single control pressure sign.

CAUTION:

The spray arm is equipped with a swivel aid for easier and safer handling. The swivel aid remains out of operation as long as the spray arm is in a vertical position. It is necessary to overcome noticeable resistance from this vertical position before the spray arm is held in all positions.
The gas struts of the swivel arm aid must be regularly checked for functioning and leakage. They must be replaced immediately if necessary.

Maintenance work on the product pan must only be carried out if the pan ahs come to a complete standstill and the pan motor safety switch has been switched off. This switch is located in the technical area at the back if the Coater above the pan drive.
Persons reaching into the turning pan for reasons are doing so at there own risk!
After a production or WIP-process the pan is hot. There is danger of injury by burning! Allow the installation to cool down or wear protective gloves.
