Parte del encabezado de uno de los apartados de un "Arbitration Agreement" de Estados Unidos.

Waiver of class, collective and representative action claims.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, You and the Company expressly intend and agree to resolve by binding arbitration all Arbitrable Claims, including all disputes arising out of or relating to the employment relationship. He buscado la forma de diferenciar entre los tres conceptos pero no he encontrado ninguna traducción que me satisfaga.

En particular necesito distinguir entre "class action" y "collective action". (Creo que me podría servir de "demanda representativa" para traducir "representative action", pero se aceptan sugerencias).
La única traducción que encontré de los dos conceptos juntos en el mismo texto es "(demanda) grupal y colectiva" pero a mí eso no me dice nada.

La diferencia entre "class action" y "collective action" radica en que una demanda "class action" automáticamente incluye a todas las personas que pertenecen a un mismo grupo (p.ej., todos los empleados de una empresa) como demandantes (plaintiffs) y en una "collective action" los demandantes se unen voluntariamente a la demanda:

"demanda colectiva de adhesión voluntaria o automática" (y demanda representativa) es lo que tengo de momento (con los términos en inglés entre paréntesis), pero no me gusta mucho. En fin, ¿qué dicen?
