This a Consortium Agreement for Risk and Reinsurance Broking Services for a Company Block in Angola
Under the terms of this Agreement, the Reinsurance Broker is obliged to provide the following International Services to the Insurer:
Policy Administration:
- To embed Claims Payment Cut Through provisions within the insurance and reinsurance wordings with the aim of enabling direct payment in USD from the Reinsurance Broker to the Operator’s bank account of any claims recoveries from international reinsurers
Under the terms of this Agreement, the Reinsurance Broker is obliged to provide the following International Services to the Insurer:
