What's the meaning of "being true of the Registrar"? How could I translate it?
My try:
"Por la presente se certifica que la información anteriormente citada es verdadera ... " And now? I don't really get if the idea is something like "verdadera de acuerdo con/ según el funcionario del registro".

Unfortunately, most of this is in German which I don't understand. There is a reference to a similar ProZ question (in German) (in this link: https://www.proz.com/kudoz/english-to-german/certificates-di... - inquiry of March 2017).

---cf. the curiously similar formulation re the birth certificate cited above.
One suggestion is "I hereby certify that aforesaid is true of the registrar in The Gambia" ... still makes little sense, and appears to be either incomplete (missing words) or some idiosyncracatic expression used in The Gambia. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Gambia
One suggestion (from German link), and the little I understand, is "This is to certify that it is a true copy of the registry entry in The Gambia". I strongly suggest, if you can, check with your client as either words are missing, or something is certainly amiss.
