Od kogoś dostałaś zlecenie, więc ktoś (może ten sam, a może inny) musi mieć kontakt z np. stacją telewizyjną, która zleciła tłumaczenie, a z kolei ta stacja kupiła film od producenta. Wyślij do zleceniodawcy prośbę o wyjaśnienie "free-liner", "furnace engineer" itd., niech ją przekaże dalej.
Zgadywać nie należy, bo możliwe, że twoje tłumaczenie stanie się kolejnym przykładem w https://www.proz.com/forum/polish/26836-off_topic_najdziwnie... .
