neutral Joseph Tein : Ciao Fiona. I'm not sure that they would use an English abbreviation 'ch" for 'camere' and I can't see why they would be talking about chambers in an ECG (Holter) report ... and I can't think of what else this could stand for here!

I agree with the comment of Joseph. But if we want to consider the possibility of an English word for "ch" why not the model of the electrocardiogram?
