I would definitely NOT use the term marijuana, which is indeed the street name of the plant. This is cannabis used for medicinal purposes and there absolutely nothing wrong with using the accepted terminology with it.

Thus the Hebrew term applies to anyone who touches the stuff during and after.
The suggested - Grower - Distributor - Trader are specific links in the chain of the generic עוסק
It is not necessarily the owner = Proprietor
And I really dont feel comfortable with "dealer" though i use it as a place holder - with a great chuckle, every time I place it.
