I'm looking for a phrase that would mean this is the highlight of the house, the highlight of the home. This room is tops off the house, this is what would make you want it!

: J'ai pensé à la cerise sur le gateau aussi au départ, mais je pense que cela renvoie à "un petit plus". Tandis que dans ce cas, la chambre est vraiment un gros point fort de la maison

'Le coup de coeur de cette propriété' is a good one.

Use positive French words for your sales speech
You need to be careful with this. Coming from a real estate background and working in the field, the ad needs to stay professional. 'This is the highlight of the house' looks to me like a formal thing you would say in a property ad. Using words like 'summum' or 'clou' is a bit risky, because those words can also mean something else, like 'le summum de la bêtise', or 'ça ne vaut pas un clou'. Keep the same tone in the ad. Use phrases like 'l'atout majeur de cette propriété' or 'le point fort de cette propriété', that can only mean what you want them to mean.
