Me genera mucha duda "técnica y logística". El certificado es para Canadá pero no encuentro tampoco un equivalente más que Ministry of Transport allá.

I definitely wouldn't look for and use the name of its approximate Canadian counterpart, which would of course be misleading for Canadian readers.
