As we well know, the Swiss are a law unto themselves. I lived in Switzerland for a year and really enjoyed the experience so there we are ... great place and loved every minute :)

"..evaluation report that is accessible to applicant or open to applicant inspection. (Would be nice if there were a handy modifier like "parteiöffentlich" in English..)

Thanks. I did not see this on KudoZ as I searched for the adjective but I am not sure that Parteiöffentlichkeit applies here. I should probably close the question unless you want to submit an answer.
