PC in this context almost always stands for 'prise de courant' — especially when, as here, it is paired with 'éclairage', just as in EN we would say 'lighting' and 'power' (circuits, etc.)
Note that properly speaking, we should say 'socket outlet' in technical EN (or just 'outlet' in AE); however, in everyday usage, we tend to say 'power socket'; given the apprent register of your document, you might prefer to use the more formally correct version!

Actually, 'protection' is potentially the greater problem, as it is so often a faux ami! Although in some context it does indeed mean '(the principle of) protection', in many cases (especially when it is being used as a countable noun) it often needs to be translated as something like 'protective device' — but with great sensitivity to the accompanying context! Here, as you have it in the plural, it may well be the latter you'll need.

Note too that you do also have "Un contrôle d’accès est présent sur site. Le logiciel de contrôle d’accès est de marque PCPASS Evolution :

In this one instance, I suspect it is indeed referring to a PC = 'personal computer', since it is associated with 'logiciel' and also 'fil d'eau', which are strong clues.
