U/C - don`t recall ever seeing this

I'd say they are the lab values for urea (urée) and creatinine in blood.

Urea/creatinine: 68/1.26 mg/dl

They are evaluating general markers & renal function (see next question).

Hence, here U=urée and C=Creatinine

Values are a little bit high therefore there's some kidney affectation.
