Still, as Juan said in another question, "probablemente las iniciales de alguien del Estado Civil. De ser así, ni le busques, no se traducen." Immaterial to the translation.

Thank you, Taña, but no. It does not represent any of the names on the certificate, plus it's in lower case.

Often times, "mlf" (among others) are merely initials of an official. Do the "MLF" represent any of the names such as those of the Chief or some official?
