@Asker Agree with Tony's comments. You need to find out whether this is a package that whatsits are put into in order to be loaded into a steriliser, or whether "loading ... package" means the package that is being loaded with whatsits.

@ Asker I'm afraid this is another example of the flawed EN from your Austrian site — but in this case, it's hard to even guess what they might have been trying to say! If you can, I'd recommend going back to the original source language (presumably DE), and then if necessary asking help from our colleagues in the DE > EN pair.

There should be no stretching of the sterilization package needed when putting in the medical device.
