Short summary of the text is that the two Adouls have received الإشهاد الآتي نصه.
Then the text says that based on a request by Mrs. X (the divorced woman) تصفح شهيداه نسخة طبق الأصل للحكم عدد etc.
Then comes details about the man and the wife. After that it says again تصفح شهيداه نسخة الحكم المذكورحيث جاء فيه : حكمت المحكمة علنياً etc, with some more details about the divorce. Then the story ends with ومن تصفح ما ذكر قيده كيف سطر .
What I'm not getting is that if the word تصفح here means "browsing", then why has the divorced woman requested "browsing of the divorce decree"? Maybe it is meant to be "browsing the divorce decree for the sake of attestation"?

تصفح has different meanings: to read and turn pages, to contemplate, to scrutinise, and so on

Another important point is diacritics because it might mean "to forgive someone"
