¿Por qué no está ampliamente implantado el uso de ICG en CE?
El uso de ICG en BGC en CE aún no está ampliamente extendido.
Algunos autores alegan como uno de los problemas para su aplicación la captación exagerada de este trazador, de modo que la mayoría de los ganglios linfáticos pélvicos aparecen coloreados, e incluso en ocasiones también los paraaórticos.
Esto dificultaría la determinación del primer escalón de drenaje linfático del tumor e implicaría la extracción de múltiples ganglios linfáticos, perdiéndose así la ventaja de BGC.
Just not sure about the use of "step" in this context - the first step in lymphatic drainage. Stage?
