1-2 layers of fatty gauze should be sufficient.
Suprathel is applied to the wound after debridement and covered with a layer of fatty gauze. A secondary dressing with cotton gauze is applied. Suprathel and the fatty gauze remain on the wound surface until healing is complete and will separate from the re-epithelialized surface [65,66

Dressings Paraffin Gauze Dressings are designed for the healing of superficial wounds, traumatic injuries, skin grafts, and burns. These types of dressings are recommended by medical consultants as they work well while using with a secondary dressing. It is made of purely cotton open mesh weave impregnated with soft paraffin in a yellow shade. Presented with multi-piece dressings and gauze, this dressing is sealed with the label of temper evident and a packet with polypropylene.
It is also available in the form of single dressings with single foil sachets.

: Apósitos de grasa impregnada es la denominación que me resulta más familiar. Las gasas parafinadas serían un ejemplo de este tipo de apósitos (mallas impregnadas en vaselina, parafina u otras sustancias oleosas)
