These sales comprise a large number of
transactions which in most cases are
associated with a prior reservation and for
which, in order to determine the accrual of
the transaction, it is necessary to establish
the effective date of transfer of the asset,
which usually coincides with the physical
delivery of the vehicle. This process is
especially complex in the case of secondhand vehicles as it is necessary to
consider, on the one hand, the date on
which ownership of the vehicle is
transferred and, on the other, the date on
which the vehicle is delivered, matters
regarding which management must make
significant judgements, since they do not
always occur at the same time.
