Hi guys, this is from the same document.

Le nouveau bâtiment MBA est situé au Sud du Campus. Ce bâtiment est une réinvention du bâtiment existant « Camembert ».
Sa volumétrie est guidée par son programme intérieur. ll accueille notamment quatre amphithéâtres situés aux angles du niveau R+1.

Au droit de chaque amphithéâtre, le plancher forme un pli géométrique simple et permet ainsi d’y loger les gradinages pentus.

I'm pretty sure it's just the usual meaning here — thouigh I admit I can't quite visualize it! They're obviously talking about how the floor level is corrected to allow for the raked seating in the lecture theatres, but I can't quite imagine in what particular way.
